Dear Haritha and Prasad,
At this time none of the current moderators of DCyogis are willing anymore to moderate your emails.
As you may remember, two years ago the vast majority of the DC collective decided that they want the DC Sahaja Yoga group moderated. I was initially against moderating because I believed that we have the maturity as Sahaja Yogis for an honest open conversation - but I agreed to the will of the majority with clear rules, and I also agreed to act as one of the moderators. With the exception of some spam messages, viruses and repeat messages, your emails were perhaps the only emails not following the agreed rules and required moderating.
In a group everyone has the right to send emails to the group, but people in the group also have the right to decide which emails they would like to receive. In this case it was decided that the emails should be moderated and that they do not want to have discussions on this group. It was purely about announcements and respectfully sharing experiences.
At this time I would recommend that if you want to post a message to DCyogis, please ask another (any) yogi of the collective to post the message for you.
Please understand that in a collective, we cannot only listen to the desires of one or two yogis but we have to listen and respect the desires of others as well. As moderators, we do have a responsibility to the whole group. If the group decides to change the moderators then this is of course their right too.
You are welcome to reply to this conversation on the local DC groups but please respect that this is a DC family issue and don't post it outside the DC group. Let's solve it internally if we can.
-------
Even on the local groups you have to be aware that we decided at the last meeting not to send aggressive and critical emails anymore but to have in person conversations. There maybe a time, when it will be necessary to ask yogis on the local groups whether they still want to receive emails by you. It will not be a decision of a moderator or any individual "leader", but it will be the decision of the whole group of yogis.
There were already several requests to unsubscribe from these groups because of your emails. Several yogis asked you to stop sending aggressive emails. To allow an open conversation within a group, we have to stay within the rules that the group has agreed to.
You may now direct your anger at me - but please understand that I try to help. At least I am talking/writing.
If you really feel that everyone in the DC collective is wrong but you, then it may be time to take some distance until Shri Mataji corrects all of us.
Jai Shri Mataji!
Walter (just a yogi of the DC and international Sahaja Yoga collective)
